  • Entered late-stage negotiations for lease of part 3rd floor, 11,000sf space. Stalled due to COVID-19 impact. The entity has indicated that it will re-engage when normality returns

  • Heads of Terms have been issued to another tenant, proceeding irrespective of COVID 19. SJH one of 2 remaining options.

  • Common areas refreshed, with light reception refurbishment and repainting of common areas.  

  • Immediate COVID 19 impact | SIGNIFICANT

    • Majority of tenants are engaged in activities not impacted by COVID - 19 (OPW, State-sponsored etc...) so there should be no material impact on rental receipts.

    • Stalling of late-stage negotiation on the vacant unit mentioned above.

    • Building banners, designed but cannot be printed or placed. This will reduce our ability to market the vacant space in the building
